Welcome to IMPACT YOUTH CLUB (IYC), a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring young people to become compassionate leaders through volunteer service, leadership development, cultural exchange, music, and environmental conservation. We believe every young person can make a meaningful difference, and we provide opportunities for youth to grow while serving their communities locally and globally.

Since our founding, IYC members have contributed thousands of volunteer service hours through projects that support older adults, children, families, hospitals, environmental conservation, and communities around the world. From local outreach and educational initiatives to international service expeditions, our members learn that leadership begins with empathy, collaboration, and a willingness to serve.

At IYC, service is more than giving back: it's a journey of personal growth. Through meaningful experiences, youth develop confidence, character, global awareness, and lifelong friendships while becoming responsible citizens and future leaders. Together, we build stronger communities and inspire the next generation to lead with compassion, purpose, and action.
